Returns
Our return policy applies to all sales of parts and accessories made through all of our sales channels, including but not limited to Google, Amazon and any other online sales platform.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
No returns will be accepted if the part has been installed, used, damaged, or if the original packaging is missing or altered. Electrical and electronic parts, as well as special or custom orders, are non-refundable.
All return requests must be made in advance. Once the return is authorized, the customer must return the item according to the provided instructions. The merchandise will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is approved.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may also apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
HP Machinery reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions of this policy.
